No product returns required. We trust our customers and believe in making things simple.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pawpipet.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer traditional product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the simplest and fastest method is to request a refund and, once your refund request is approved, place a new order for the product you prefer.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
